An Aurora, Colo. first grade student, D’Avonte Meadows, was suspended from school for sexual harassment after he recited the lyrics to ‘Sexy and I Know It’ to a fellow classmate in the lunch line. Wtf?!

D’Avonte’s mom is pretty unhappy with the school board’s decision to suspend her son. “I could understand if he was fondling her, looking up her skirt, trying to look in her shirt. That, to me, is sexual harassment,” D’Avonte’s mom, Stephanie Meadows, told Denver’s 7News. “I’m just, I’m floored. They’re going to look at him like he’s a pervert. Lady Gaga has made the final decision about her gig in Indonesia, which was sold out and scheduled for June 3 in Jakarta.

Despite some previous glimmers of hope, the show is definitely off. While the promoter and Gaga herself intimated that she would attempt to tone down her sexually-charged show in order to appease the religious extremists, who were protesting the gig and threatening violence and “chaos,” in order to reinstate the pulled permit, it turns out Gaga has decided that she will not perform. She will not further attempt to play the show.

Alarabiya reports that concert promoter Bid Daddy confirmed that there will be no further efforts to resuscitate the gig. We’re sure the Mother Monster did not want to disappoint the local little monsters, but this decision came down to the safety of everyone involved. (READ MORE)

The CW network's Sci-Fi drama The Vampire Diaries leads all Teen Choice Awards nominations with no less than six votes.

The show will compete for the Choice Fantasy/Sci-Fi TV Series prize, while stars Ian Somerhalder, Paul Wesley, Nina Dobrev and Kat Graham will fight it out for the Choice Fantasy/Sci-Fi TV Series Actor and Actress awards, and Somerhalder is up for Male Hottie.

TV talent show American Idol and Justin Bieber follow with five nominations apiece, while among the artists TV shows and movies with four nods are The Avengers, Taylor Swift, Pitbull, What To Expect When You're Expecting and Gossip Girl.

Amanda Bynes slammed into a car on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley on April 10 ... then fled the scene -- according to the victim who told cops the troubled actress was the culprit.

The culprit was driving a 5 series BMW at the time of the accident. The victim gave chase, got off the freeway, but the culprit blew a red light, never to be seen again. The victim was able to write down the license plate number.  She only got a profile view of the woman driving the BMW.

CHP showed up, ran the plate and determined it was a rental vehicle.  Officers told the victim the culprit was driving an Enterprise rental car...(READ MORE)

The reporter got a bit too close to Smith for his comfort. The male journo attempted to kiss the actor / rapper / dad-to-Jaden-and-Willow … on the lips. Eek! That’s gotta be awkward for anyone, let alone a married straight guy, and Smith didn’t take it lightly. The ‘Ali’ star, who recently openly endorsed gay marriage, pushed the reporter away, then slapped the guy in the face!

Usher's ex-wife Tameka Foster will be out on the street in less than 60 days -- if Usher wants it that way, and she's totally freaked out.

Sources tell us, the couple -- who's trying to settle a nasty custody dispute -- is deadlocked in mediation, and the biggest bone of contention is Usher's Georgia mansion.
