Lady Gaga has made the final decision about her gig in Indonesia, which was sold out and scheduled for June 3 in Jakarta.

Despite some previous glimmers of hope, the show is definitely off. While the promoter and Gaga herself intimated that she would attempt to tone down her sexually-charged show in order to appease the religious extremists, who were protesting the gig and threatening violence and “chaos,” in order to reinstate the pulled permit, it turns out Gaga has decided that she will not perform. She will not further attempt to play the show.

Alarabiya reports that concert promoter Bid Daddy confirmed that there will be no further efforts to resuscitate the gig. We’re sure the Mother Monster did not want to disappoint the local little monsters, but this decision came down to the safety of everyone involved.

“Lady Gaga’s management has considered the situation minute to minute, and with threats if the concert goes ahead, Lady Gaga’s side is calling off the concert,” Minola Sebayang, lawyer for Big Daddy, said. “This is not only about Lady Gaga’s security, but extends to those who will be watching her.”

Extremists with the Islamic Defenders Front have called Gaga “the devil’s messenger” and they suggested that they would employ “by any means necessary” tactics to stop the show, calling their planned efforts “chaos.” They also stated they would intercept Gaga at the airport upon arrival. The threat of chaos extended to little monsters, too. That sounds scary and dangerous, so we think Gaga and her camp did the right thing by not trying to push back too much in order to make the show happen. There’s just too many dangerous variables.

On Friday, Gaga’s manager Troy Carter said Gaga would only play the show as it was designed and she would not be altering it to appease the protestors, even though she had considered doing so. She was trying to please everyone, especially her little monsters that were excited to see her, so we applaud her for that.

We’re sure that Gaga arrived this decision after much discussion and careful consideration, since she will do anything for her fans. In the end, she was looking out for their safety, as much as her own. That’s what a mother (monster) does.

Big Daddy president director Michael Rusli said, “For the past few days we have communicated with the government and Lady Gaga’s side. The government has given support, but this is not about the permit. The cancellation is really due to concerns over security.”

Amanda Bynes slammed into a car on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley on April 10 ... then fled the scene -- according to the victim who told cops the troubled actress was the culprit.

The culprit was driving a 5 series BMW at the time of the accident. The victim gave chase, got off the freeway, but the culprit blew a red light, never to be seen again. The victim was able to write down the license plate number.  She only got a profile view of the woman driving the BMW.

CHP showed up, ran the plate and determined it was a rental vehicle.  Officers told the victim the culprit was driving an Enterprise rental car.  The victim then contacted Enterprise, who told her the person who had rented the car was Amanda Bynes.

The victim then showed up at a CHP substation and ID'd Amanda from a photo lineup.  And get this ... the photo of Amanda was taken just 4 days earlier -- it was her mug shot from a DUI arrest.  Amanda was driving in West Hollywood on April 6 when she clipped a cop car and was immediately popped for DUI.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ.com ... the case was referred to a filing officer at the L.A. City Attorney's Office who immediately rejected it because there was no independent witness fingering Amanda as the phantom driver.

Amanda was accused earlier this month of hitting a car in Hollywood and then fleeing the scene.  She told cops she did not feel the impact and was not ticketed.

"American Idol" winner Phillip Phillips will get badly-needed surgery for a bum kidney on Tuesday, and he'll be recuperating in style in a swanky Malibu mansion.

As we first reported, Phillip endured immense pain during the entire competition ... the result of a congenital kidney stone problem that has already resulted in 8 surgeries.  He's been living with kidney stones that are so big they can't pass through his system.

Doctors inserted a stent into Phillip's kidney 7 weeks ago, as a temporary fix, but the pain borders on unbearable.  In fact, when Phillip went home to Georgia a week ago, his doctor urged him to throw in the towel and get the surgery immediately, but Phillip said no.

So we've learned the surgery will take place Tuesday afternoon.

Phillip's recovery is expected to take weeks -- as many as 6.  But here's the good news.  A honcho from the "A.I." production company has offered his home to Phillip and his parents for the entire recovery.

Kim Kardashian is telling friends she's totally clean ... and God help the tabloids that say she's a pill popper.

Our Kardashian sources tell us Kim is furious over a report in an Australian mag claiming she takes Valium and sleeping pills in dangerous amounts, and the family is alarmed.  Based on what we're told, it appears Kim is not only Rx free, but she barely touches alcohol.

We've learned Kim has summoned her lawyers, who are about to fire off letters to the media outlets that report or pick up the Australian story ... saying they'll do so at their own peril.

BTW, the article also say Khloe has given her an ultimatum -- either stop taking pills within 3 weeks or she'll tell Kris Jenner and Kanye.  Our Khloe sources say it's totally false.

Newly-crowned "American Idol" champ Phillip Phillips will finally undergo urgent kidney surgery next week.

Phillips doctors ordered him to undergo a procedure to fix his severe kidney stone problems -- which have worsened since the singer went on "Idol" -- but Phillip refused, insisting on finishing the show first.

But now that it's all over ... and Phillip won ... we're told he's finally planning on getting the operation in L.A. in the next 7-10 days.

We're told Phillip's parents will be flying in for support.

Kidney operations are no joke -- Phillip can expect to spend several days in the hospital, followed by a 6-week recovery period.

Selena Gomez’s Facebook account was hacked in early 2011, and now the man behind the takeover will be serving jail time for his crimes.

The 21-year-old British hacker, Gareth Crosskey, has been sentenced to one year in prison for the January 2011 incident in which he gained unauthorized access to Gomez’s Facebook account. Through the hack, the West Sussex native also obtained personal exchanges between the pop star and her boyfriend, Justin Bieber, as well as messages between Gomez and Demi Lovato.

According to a press release from London’s Metropolitan Police, Crosskey had pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing to charges under the Computer Misuse Act. “Today’s result should act as a deterrent to any individuals thinking of participating in this type of criminal activity,” police wrote.

The hacker was tracked down by authorities after reportedly posting a video of himself bragging about his crimes. Judge John Price, who presided over the case, said to Crosskey:

“You are clever with a computer and you hacked into the private part of somebody’s Facebook account. Selena Gomez had a Facebook account on which she has six million friends. They have permission to get into part of the account and you hacked into a private part by getting the email password.”
